As a Sr. Design Operations Specialist at prAna, you will play a crucial role in streamlining and optimizing our design processes to ensure the seamless execution of our apparel collections.

Requirements

• Manage design schedules
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams
• Implement operational efficiencies
• Collaborate with Creative Design Director on product creation execution strategy
• Oversee Creative Services calendars
• Collaborate with cross-functional execution teams
• Establish Design-related standards
• Review output, trouble shoot, and provide feedback to Creative Services and Design teams
• Represent Design in the onboarding of new systems
• Provide Design and Creative Services teams with short term/long term milestone calendar views
