Job Description
Columbia University's Pre-College Programs are seeking a Pre-College Instructor to teach an on-campus course on Introduction to Finance & Investment Management to high-achieving high school students during Summer 2026. The instructor will develop and deliver immersive non-credit courses, guide and supervise students, and write evaluations after classes conclude.
Requirements
- Develop course content, syllabus, lesson plans, and assigned work
- Lead and attend all class sessions
- Establish and maintain a dynamic in-class environment
- Evaluate student work and write a holistic evaluation
- Monitor and address student concerns and inquiries
- Attend and complete all required online trainings
Benefits
- $3,000 - $3,500 hiring salary range
