Senior Technician

This position involves machine and manufacturing products within the Engineering Department, including in-house maintenance, inspections, and repairs of equipment. Responsibilities include assembling, testing, and maintaining mechanical and hydraulic equipment. The role focuses on compliance with safety standards and excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Registered Lifting Machinery Inspector (LMI) specify scope with application
• Qualified Millwright (Red Seal Certificate)
• Minimum N4 Technical certificate
• Grade 12 minimum education
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Computer Literate
• Forklift Operator / Overhead crane licence
• Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic drawings
• Ability to work on overhead cranes, electrical hoists and railway equipment
