Student Information System Specialist Financial - Aid

Columbus State Community College seeks a dynamic Specialist to work in our Financial Aid Department as Student Information System Specialist. The Specialist will support the Director, Assistant Directors, and other staff in the performance of operational duties of the department, as well as Student Information System implementation.

Requirements

• Associates degree or relevant clerical or customer service experience
• Three (3) years of progressively responsible clerical or student services experience in the area of assigned specialized function, such as advising, career services or higher education
• Ability to manage multiple assignments of varying complexity while meeting federal as well as internal regulations and procedures
• Fosters and maintains a safe environment of respect and inclusion for faculty, staff, students, and members of the community
