Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Product Counsel to support Column's Payments business, providing strategic counsel for payments partnerships and working with fintech partners to launch bank accounts, wallets, card programs, and more.
Requirements
- 7-15+ years as a practicing lawyer
- Currently licensed in a U.S. state
- J.D. or equivalent
- Deep expertise counseling product teams on banking infrastructure and embedded finance solutions
- Comprehensive knowledge of the regulatory framework governing banking partnerships and fintech services
