Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant

As a Retail Sales Consultant at Comcast, you will work directly with customers in a retail location, evaluating their product needs and making recommendations. You will provide outstanding customer service, answer questions, and promote Comcast/Xfinity products. The ideal candidate is a tech enthusiast who flourishes with learning new things and is passionate about customer support.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Generally, requires 2-5 years related experience; prefer consumer electronics/wireless retail sales experience
• Ability to work a full time, flexible schedule which includes evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedule
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to stand and move about the store constantly
