Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant

As a Retail Sales Consultant at Comcast, you will work directly with customers in a retail location, evaluating their potential product needs and making recommendations. You will provide outstanding customer service, help customers interpret and clarify their account statements, and promote Comcast/Xfinity products. You will also maintain detailed sales product knowledge and meet goals and metrics. This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years related experience; prefer consumer electronics/wireless retail sales experience
• Ability to work a full-time, flexible schedule
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to stand and move about the store constantly
