Senior Product Designer - Player Experience

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for crafting user-centric designs that enhance the betting experience. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to develop intuitive and engaging interfaces that meet the needs of both new and experienced bettors.

Requirements

• Design innovative, user-friendly experiences across web and mobile sportsbook platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements and user flows.
• Conduct user research, analyze player behavior, and apply insights to improve engagement and usability.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with our brand and product vision.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, A/B testing results, and performance data.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and UI patterns to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging UX best practices in sports betting.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in the online gambling industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design experience and process.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Understanding of online gambling UX patterns, player motivations, behavior, and industry trends.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Ability to translate complex user needs into simple, engaging, and intuitive interfaces.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in setting hypothesis for A/B testing, heatmaps, and user feedback analysis.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly.
