Requirements

• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification (preferred)
• CPR & First Aid Certification
• TB test
• Must live within 30 minutes of Ellijay, GA
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license & insurance
• 18 years or older
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and fingerprinting
