We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Counselor/Case Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for providing therapeutic support to individuals in recovery, maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support client progress.
Requirements
- B.A. in human service field and 2 years of mental health direct care experience, which include 60 hours of psychiatric rehabilitation training or 2 years of experience in psychiatric rehabilitation; or an associate degree or equivalency and 4 years of mental health direct care experience, which must include either 60 hours of psychiatric rehabilitation training or 2 years of experience in psychiatric rehabilitation; H.S. plus 3 years mental health/psych rehab experience; CPS certification plus 2 years mental health/psych rehab experience.
- Valid PA driver's license
- Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Knowledge (or willingness to learn about) community resources in Philadelphia area.
- Willingness to work flexible work schedule to include some evenings, weekends, and holiday hours.
