We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Counselor/Therapist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for providing therapeutic support to individuals in recovery, maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support client progress.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or co-occurring substance use disorders preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong reading and writing skills is preferred.
- License Preferred (BSL, LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) preferred not required.
- CPRP certification preferred, required after 2-years of employment.
- Culturally informed sensitivity towards Program’s target populations
- Willingness to work flexible work schedule to include some evenings, weekends, and holiday hours
