Job Description
CoMind is seeking an ambitious finance leader to build a high-performing finance function and support the next phase of growth. The role involves taking ownership of financial operations, generating high-quality reporting and analysis, and designing and implementing new financial systems and processes.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading high-performing finance functions in dynamic, startup environments
- Proven leadership skills, including building and leading teams
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
- Strong command of accounting ops — POs, invoicing, banking, balance sheet schedules, reconciliations
