Solution Consultants collaborate with cross-functional teams to help customers develop technological systems and solutions based on specific customer needs, providing a great customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience of successfully implementing software with an intermediate knowledge of windows server environment.
- Knowledge of MS SQL Server and MS SQL Reporting Services.
- Demonstrated ability to determine the best way for an organization to move forward with its technology based on business analysis.
- Curious mindset translating to key discovery skills (questioning & listening to understand) with the ability to identify problem areas (pain points).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external customer teams in a variety of domestic and international offices across all levels of the organizations.
- Ability to see, identify, and diagnose problems and find creative solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to self-organize priorities and balance your workload.
