Command|Link is a global SaaS Platform providing network, voice services, and IT security solutions. This is a 100% remote position for a Senior Managed Services Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise network and SASE solutions using industry-leading technologies.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of enterprise network engineering experience in managed services environments
- Strong SD-WAN design and architecture experience with proven track record of successful enterprise deployments
- Expert-level knowledge of SASE and SD-WAN technologies, specifically: Cato Networks SASE Cloud Platform, Fortinet FortiGate, FortiManager, and FortiSASE, Versa Networks Unified SASE Platform, Cisco Meraki full stack (MX, MS, MR) with SD-WAN
- Deep understanding of SASE architecture including ZTNA, CASB, SWG, and FWaaS
- Strong experience with network security including NGFW, IPS/IDS, and Zero Trust architectures
- Proficiency in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching technologies
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and multi-cloud connectivity
- Experience with UCaaS platforms, particularly MetaSwitch
- Proven ability to mentor and develop technical skills in other engineers
- Solid understanding of QoS, traffic shaping, and WAN optimization
- Automation skills using Python, Ansible, or similar tools
- Experience with RESTful APIs and network programmability
- Strong troubleshooting skills with packet capture and analysis tools
- Relevant certifications highly desired (CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Cisco Meraki, Versa, Cato)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interface directly with clients
- Experience working in MSP/managed services environments
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
