Assistant Branch Manager

Assistant Branch Manager role supporting the Branch Manager and assisting with managing branch activities, including operations, customer experience, and team member experience. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive results and balance management of organizational risk and meeting goals of the business.

• Support management of day-to-day branch activities
• Model expected sales behaviors while acting as a personal banker and assisting team members with day-to-day customer interactions
• Manage a team of personal bankers
• Meet individual sales goals and assigned business development responsibilities
