Job Description
Business Development Associate - Commerce Trust: Develop new investment management and advisory business for Commerce Trust by partnering with business line leaders and staff at Commerce Bank and through outside contacts and sources.
Requirements
- Market proprietary fixed income and equity strategies to reach stated annual new business fee goals
- Ensure quality materials, research and proposals are prepared and/or delivered to prospective clients and Commerce Trust partners
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing programs and initiate ideas for marketing efforts
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate prospect, client, and communication data
- Conduct territory and market research to identify potential prospects, industry trends, and areas for strategic growth
