The Director, Commercial Comp Programs and Profitability Measurement is responsible for leading the incentive compensation and customer profitability programs for the commercial segment. The role involves strategy, design, governance, and management of these programs, as well as providing executive-level insights and thought leadership to senior and executive management.

Requirements

• Owns the strategic direction, governance, and overall health of the Commercial Customer Profitability and Incentive Compensation Programs
• Provides executive-level insights on customer profitability and incentive compensation program effectiveness
• Leads cross-functional partnerships with Commercial Banking, Talent Management, Finance, and IT
• Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices
