Job Description
As a Personal Banker, you'll help customers improve their financial health, develop long-lasting relationships, and gain valuable insight into banking and finance. You'll work in a retail banking role, providing solutions to customers' financial needs and contributing to team sales and services goals.
Requirements
- Interact with customers in person and over the phone to meet their financial needs
- Actively listen and make recommendations to ensure sales and services goals are achieved
- Educate customers on retail products and digital solutions
- Ensure financial transactions are completed accurately and efficiently
