Job Description
Commerce Controls is seeking a Lead Estimator for a premier Process Automation & Control Systems-Integrator. The role involves preparing accurate material and labor cost estimates for projects, analyzing construction documents, and providing accurate bid quotations to vendors. Requirements
- Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
- Identifies labor, material, and time requirements.
- Compute estimated costs by analyzing labor, material and time requirements.
- Understand and communicate bid deadlines to supplier(s).
- Assist in the development of a proposal.
