Job Description
CommerceIQ is seeking a Customer Success Manager specializing in Search Advertising to manage and execute advertising campaigns for enterprise clients. The role involves managing budgets, analyzing campaign performance, and providing recommendations to optimize growth and improve customer satisfaction. This is a results-driven, hands-on role requiring expertise in eCommerce advertising and a proactive approach to campaign management, ideally in St. Louis, MO.
Requirements
- Manage end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns on platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and others.
- Understand customer needs to plan, organize and manage campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends.
- Be an expert on the CommerceIQ platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage platform capabilities.
