The Assistant Operations Administrator plays a key role in supporting the Operations Department by servicing clients and assisting Operations Administrators and branch teams. This position ensures the smooth execution of daily workflows and delivers exceptional client service.
Requirements
- Support daily operations across branches, including transaction processing, account maintenance, client service, and teller assistance.
- Assist with policy and procedure implementation, staff training, and workflow improvements.
- Review certifications, new accounts, and audit documentation for compliance and accuracy.
- Maintain operational standards, security protocols, and risk mitigation practices.
- Resolve client inquiries and escalated issues across multiple service channels.
- Stay current on regulatory guidance and bank policies related to new accounts and compliance.
- Provide staffing coverage across branches, including travel to Northern California offices.
- Open/close branches and manage cash shipments and vault operations as needed.
- Support onboarding and cross-training of staff to ensure operational readiness.
- Ensure compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and applicable regulations including BSA/AML and OSHA standards.
