Automation Engineer

The role will involve monitoring shop performance, recommending corrections, and working with department and shift managers to optimize personnel and process execution.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of the rolling process preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
• Highly technical, detail oriented, organized and self-starter
• Willingness and ability to work hands-on in the shop with operators on flexible schedules
