Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand construction plans, drawings, and specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP, CRM, and estimating software preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
