Machine Operator

We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our team at CMC. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating cage welding machines to build steel reinforcement cages for concrete pipe and box culverts. You will also be responsible for inspecting finished cages for quality and accuracy, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• Manufacturing, construction, or concrete experience preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow basic drawings
• Comfortable with physical work (standing, bending, lifting)
• Availability to work overtime, including weekends, as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively on a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
