We are looking for a Reliability Engineer to provide technical support and assistance in the scope of engineering, preventative and predictive maintenance, and other facets of reliability engineering. The successful candidate will have experience with Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Requirements
- Knowledge and direct experience with Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Apply data analysis techniques (including statistical process control, reliability modeling and prediction, fault tree analysis, and Six Sigma methodology)
- Define, design, develop, monitor, and refine an asset maintenance plan that includes value-added preventive maintenance tasks and effective utilization of non-destructive testing methodologies designed to identify and isolate inherent reliability problems
- Responsible for adhering to the life cycle asset management process
- Professionally and systematically defines, designs, develops, monitors and refines an asset maintenance plan that includes value-added preventive maintenance tasks
- Practical knowledge of mechanical applications, electrical applications, and common industrial processes
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical prints and diagrams
- Ability to lead a project from design through installation and start up, including associated operational and maintenance training
- Team building and supervisory skills leading project teams and comfortable with supervising technical and non-technical personnel
