Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Mill Experience
• In depth knowledge and understanding of Steel Rolling theories and fundamentals
• Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong management skills with the ability to oversee Shift supervisors and hourly employees
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong focus on positive work culture and employee engagement
