Job Description
Oversee daily operations, financial performance, and regulatory compliance of a Class A portfolio in South Florida. Manage tenant relations, vendor management, and financial reporting. Implement SOPs and build strong tenant relationships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial real estate experience in Class A Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
- Current Florida Real Estate License (preferred)
- Proficiency in Yardi, MRI, Microsoft Office
- Avid/Kardin experience (a plus)
