Requirements
- Valuable experience as an independent consultant or interim professional in a People/HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR policy, HR operations, and Dutch labour legislation
- Affinity with the mission of our organization
- Experience with international team structures
- Fluent Dutch and English language skills
- Residency in the Netherlands
