You are a senior strategic leader within CommBank who brings clarity to complexity and enjoys shaping outcomes at enterprise scale. As Centre of Excellence Lead, RBS Strategy, you will lead a senior team responsible for enterprise-shaping strategy, external partnerships and M&A activity, as well as the RBS ESG agenda.
Requirements
- Demonstrated strategic leadership experience within CommBank or a comparable large organisation.
- Strong track record translating strategy into executable outcomes in complex environments.
- Well-developed commercial judgement, balancing growth, customer outcomes, capital and risk.
- Experience developing high-quality materials for executive and Board-level forums.
- Proven ability to influence and partner across Product, Technology, Data, AI, Risk and Finance.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Strong people leadership capability, including developing senior talent.
- Experience operating within a regulated environment with strong risk discipline.
- Ability to bring structure, insight and clarity to complex issues.
