Job Description
This position is responsible for providing comprehensive services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness, and who may also be living with addictions and mental illness. The Outreach Specialist will engage individuals, assist with accessing health, housing, and social services, and provide in-person assistance and referrals to basic needs. The role requires a commitment to ending homelessness and dedication to Commonwealth Catholic Charities' mission of serving the most vulnerable in the community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of related experience
- Persons with lived experience of homelessness or housing instability encouraged to apply
