Job Description
Join Commonwealth Fusion Systems as an Assembly Process Engineer - Contract to help create and define the process for assembling the SPARC tokamak device. Collaborate with system design teams, organize sub-assemblies, and write work instruction packets for assembly technicians.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- At least 2 years technical experience in the integration of complex and large mechanical structures
- Bachelor's or associate degree in a related field, metrology, high-vacuum projects and processes
- Experience with manufacturing management software, NX, and large Component (>10 Ton) lifting experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Safety conscious and proactive
- An ability to clearly express and critique ideas
