Requirements
- Leadership & Agile Iteration: Direct the day-to-day activities of a small technician team
- Hands-on Assembly & Fabrication: Lead by example on the shop floor, use hand and power tools to assemble complex components
- High-Voltage & Testing: Work safely and confidently with 480V electrical systems, handle RF and electrical test equipment
- Precision Work: Perform detailed technical tasks, including plumbing, wiring, and soldering
- Safety & Quality Standards: Operate and maintain highly technical apparatus with a steadfast commitment to safety and quality
