Job Description
Join Commonwealth Fusion Systems as an NDT Ultrasonic (UT) Inspector to conduct inspection and test activities for the SPARC project, performing daily inspections on weldments and other ultrasonic applications.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Previous NDT Level 2 Certification in UT, UTPA IAW ASNT SNT-TC-1A or ISO 9712
- 80 hours ultrasonic Level 1 & 2 training
- 80 hours PAUT training
- 3+ years of experience inspecting steel welds using conventional and phased array ultrasonic techniques
- Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASME Section V, VIII.2, and other ASTM NDT standards)
