Senior Manager, Controls Engineering

Commonwealth Fusion Systems is looking for a Senior Manager, Controls Engineering to lead a team of controls engineers in planning and executing near to medium-term goals for production line automation and equipment reliability. The role involves translating department-level strategy into clear group objectives, defining and optimizing engineering processes, and managing risks and resolving complex technical barriers.
