The Full-Scope Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive, continuous medical care to patients of all ages, from pediatrics through geriatrics.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
• Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine
• Active or eligible state medical license
• DEA registration or eligibility
