The Infectious Disease Physician provides expert evaluation, diagnosis, and management of infectious diseases in inpatient and outpatient settings.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited internal medicine or pediatrics residency program
- Completion of an accredited infectious disease fellowship program
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Infectious Disease
- Ability to obtain and maintain unrestricted state medical licensure
- DEA registration or eligibility
- Must maintain state certification and/or licensure.
