The Neurologist provides comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and management of disorders of the central and peripheral nervous system.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited neurology residency program
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Neurology
- Ability to obtain and maintain unrestricted state medical licensure
- DEA registration or eligibility
