The Physician provides high-quality primary medical care, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic health conditions for patients across the lifespan.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or another primary care specialty
- Active, unrestricted state medical license
- Board certification or board eligibility in a primary care specialty
- Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in primary care or community-based healthcare preferred; rural experience a plus
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team
- Ability to travel between clinical locations if needed
- Must meet background check and credentialing requirements
- Valid driver’s license and insurability (if travel is required)
