Physician Primary Care - Maine

The Physician provides high-quality primary medical care, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic health conditions for patients across the lifespan.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or another primary care specialty
• Active, unrestricted state medical license
• Board certification or board eligibility in a primary care specialty
• Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in primary care or community-based healthcare preferred; rural experience a plus
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team
• Ability to travel between clinical locations if needed
• Must meet background check and credentialing requirements
• Valid driver’s license and insurability (if travel is required)
