Primary Care Physician -Oregon

We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active medical license to practice in the state of employment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered care.
• Must maintain state certification and/or licensure.
