We are seeking a talented Maintenance Superintendent to lead and provide direction for the execution of plans for the Casting area, maximizing productivity and quality, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology
- At least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment
- Leadership responsibility
- Understanding of manufacturing process and technical knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Excellent planning, organizing and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
