Communications & Power Industries is a global manufacturer of electronic components and subsystems. We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department across a broad range of functions.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience working in a Human Resources environment
- Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS); experience with UltiPro/UKG is considered an asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to build positive working relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Self-motivated with a strong initiative to learn and grow professionally
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Must be able to meet CGP requirements.
