Job Description
Direct Support Professionals in Salem, OR support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities with daily living activities, community participation, and personal goals, with competitive pay and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and ability to become an approved company driver
- Ability to pass a national background check
- Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility support
