Requirements
- Direct Support Professional (DSP) experience is a plus, but not required; must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED; valid driver’s license and ability to become an approved company driver; ability to pass a national background check; compassionate communicator with strong patience, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist individuals with mobility needs; dependable, respectful, and committed to person-centered support
