Job Description
We are hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide daily support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Hood River, OR. Competitive pay, free training, and excellent benefits are offered.
Requirements
- Direct Support Professional (DSP) experience is a plus, but not required; must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED; valid driver’s license and ability to become an approved company driver; ability to pass a national background check; compassionate communicator with strong patience, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist individuals with mobility needs; dependable, respectful, and committed to person-centered support
