Job Coach

Community Access Services is hiring a part-time Job Coach to provide one-on-one support to an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a workplace setting.

Requirements

• Provide on-site support in a community workplace
• Assist with learning and completing job tasks
• Encourage independence and confidence
• Support positive communication with coworkers and supervisors
• Help build workplace skills like time management and organization
• Track progress and complete required documentation
• Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
• Advocate for the individual’s goals and success
