Community Access Unlimited (CAU), celebrating its 45th anniversary in 2024, delivers comprehensive support services that enable individuals with disabilities, at-risk youth, and low-income residents to live independently and participate fully in their communities. Each year, CAU serves more than 3,000 people across housing, employment, life-skills, money management, socialization, and civic engagement programs. The organization’s distinctive approach blends residential assistance, job placement, and self-advocacy training with medical, recreational, and transportation support, creating a holistic pathway to empowerment. By fostering assertiveness, decision-making, and civil-rights awareness, CAU equips clients to advocate for themselves and secure lasting community integration.

Assistant Executive Director
Bachelor's degree required or 4 years of administrative/supervisory experience with social services agencies
Administrative Associate
High school diploma/GED, 3 years' experience in administrative/secretary support functions
Program Services - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field and BCBA, and 2-3 years of experience
Nurse-RN
Current New Jersey license as a Registered Nurse, nursing experience preferred, excellent communication and computer skills
Carpenter/Maintenance Worker
5+ years of carpentry experience, High School Diploma or GED, Valid driver’s license and vehicle for work-related travel
Behavior Specialist
Bachelor's degree in Human Services Field and 2+ years experience working with people with developmental disabilities
DSP Sub
High school diploma, 18+ years old, valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Program Services - Teacher
BA/BS degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, Teacher's Certification, 3+ years experience working with individuals with disabilities
Overnight DSP Part-time in New Providence, NJ
High school diploma required, one year experience preferred, 18 years of age minimum
Full-Time Overnight Direct Support Professional
High school diploma, 1 year experience, 18 years of age or older
