Job Description
Assist with developing and enhancing CAU's Behavioral Department to ensure that each member on your caseload will be receiving appropriate individualized curriculum based on the utilization of data that will form the basis of effective methodologies to manage their behavior.
Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field and BCBA
- Follow CAU's Evidence Based Standards for Behavioral Management
- Monitor and analyze all Assessments
- Communicate with Administrative Team for all new Clinical Requests
- Cooperate with Agency, legal authorities, and Department of Human Services or any part or successor thereof in any inspection or investigation
