Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent credential
- Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential, or equivalent
- Child Growth and Development coursework or equivalent coursework according to NH State Childcare Licensing requirements
- Previous experience working in an early childhood classroom setting (preschool, infant/toddler)
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with young children and their families and ability to relate comfortably to income-eligible families
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace and early childhood classroom experience
- Successful completion of criminal record check, CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional travel
