Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at our Fremont, Ohio office, with the flexibility to support other locations as needed. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients, performing point of care testing, and other nursing functions to support quality patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of a current accredited Nursing Program
- Current License to practice in the State of Ohio as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Minimum of one year as an LPN preferred
- Knowledge of documenting with EHR
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to critically think and problem solve
