Job Description
Come join our team as a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) at Community Health Services. We are looking for an experienced, compassionate FNP to care for a diverse population of patients, including adults and children.
Requirements
- Graduate of a current accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Program
- Current License to practice in the State of Ohio as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Minimum of two years as an FNP preferred
