Job Description
Assist with HR activities, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations. Attend job fairs, provide reports to management, and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrative Assistant or similar field
- Working knowledge of HR software, such as Paylocity
- Knowledge of labor legislation, laws, and structure
- Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel
- Ability to prioritize tasks and complete assignments on a timely basis
- Ability to follow directions
- Must be dependable and flexible
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Software Skills
- Exceptional writing skills
